Bug Out
by Hella ~ March 9th, 2004I took off work later than I had anticipated and I really didn’t want to hit the trail this afternoon, but I made myself put in 4 miles. The gnats were out in full force and it was hard to not catch a couple for an early dinner. I pushed the pace hard the entire way and the intensity was probably more than I’ve done since last year.
