What the Hella?
by Hella ~ March 14th, 2004I had a big snafu today. I was in the process of upgrading WordPress from version 1.0.1 to 1.0.2 when I somehow deleted my production database instead of the test database. What’s worse is that I then deleted the test database so that I could begin the upgrade. I had a backup, but it was of the test data after it got messed up.
So I had to start over. I imported my posts from the Wharton Diaries and that’s pretty much all I have left. No historical comments are here either. I’ve emailed the web host to see if it can be restored, but I’m not optimistic.

heck, that sucks. but this is a good time to say hallelujah for RSS feeds. There are a lot of your old entries in my reader. I can forward those back to you so you can re-add them to your website. comments are a bust, though, unless you had some server backup.
