Feel Good Seven

I did the same loop I did last time but tonight I felt much better. I had more of a consistent pace and I had strength left for more than the last mile. This was probably due to the fact that it was rather cloudy and mild. Without the sun, my running always feels better. Also, I didn’t have any chills this time so I figure I was losing less salt.

At the start of the run, I had some muscle aches on the inside of my legs (these can often seem like shin splints), but they went away as I was about 3 miles into it. I’m going to try to put in more runs of this distance (7 miles) so that my upcoming race will be a lot more manageable.
