From my first phone inquiry two years ago to being admitted in this March, I have also been extremely impressed with Wharton. I have never called the office and not talked to a person. Not only have they personally answered my questions, but they have also followed up with personal calls to provide me with additional information. Their customer service and genuine concern reflects the school’s focus on creating a close-knit community. Every student, alumnus, and even new-admit I have spoken with further reinforces this extremely compelling feeling of community—the admissions office does a great job of identifying and admitting individuals that positively contribute to this.
