IKEA Delivery
by Hella ~ May 17th, 2004I called the IKEA main office today and got transferred about 6 times but I finally found the answer I was looking for. A customer service representative in the Conshohocken store helped me out. An outside delivery company handles all of IKEA’s business and the charge is $59 to Center City and includes up to 25 items. Sofas are counted as 5 items but everything else is considered 1 item.
The phone number to Customer Service at the Conshohocken location is (610) 834-1520 and the extensions are 1470 and 1472.
I also inquired as to the expected opening date for the Philadelphia store but the only information they have at this point is “late summer”.
