Single Loop

I had some business to attend to this evening so I could only make it for a 4-mile loop. Instead of the usual tightness in my heels and the underside of my right foot, I was having some tenderness on the interior of my legs similar to shin pain. With the rest of my leg muscles tight, I realized that this is just these parts getting stronger. My workouts have gone extremely well the past three times out and I can feel my speed and endurance both getting better.
