Solid 10 Miler
by Hella ~ September 20th, 2004I got back to Center City a bit earlier than expected this afternoon so I took advantage of it by heading up to Falls Bridge. The out-and-back was a smooth 10 miles and I held a very consistent pace. I noticed that I was almost up to my normal pace I hold for a 6 mile run so I was satisfied with today’s run.
