Snowing in Texas
by Hella ~ December 22nd, 2004Though it snowed briefly the other night in Philadelphia, it’s really coming down here in Texas. Leave it to the weather to let me come all the way here and then dump it on me.
Yesterday’s flight was much better than I expected, particularly since we had the cats travelling with us on the plane. The most frightful part was going through the metal detector; the security guard made us take the cats out of their carrying bags and walk through the detector while holding them. As soon as the bag came out of the x-ray machine, I grabbed it and stuffed Sofie back in.
Now it’s off to the Fort Worth area to do some holiday shopping.

It’s actually snowing in Texas!! ^_^ And not only is it in Texas, but in SOUTH Texas of all places. I think it’s been a decade since it last snowed here in Alamo, TX….

Oops cats in a bag! I would have made a hopelessly scared fellow passenger on the plane!
