Whole Foods Line
by Hella ~ August 1st, 2005I walked to Whole Foods in Columbus Circle tonight after work (I was actually off in time to eat at a normal hour). I was jonesing for some hot food from the Indian bar. Well, I loaded up my green bowl and journeyed towards the prepared foods area. And then it was there … or should I say they were there. Lines. Massive. At least 20 minutes long. Ok, now this is the last time I’m going here at a reasonable hour for dinner. I tried to pay at the sushi counter but since they didn’t have a scale it wouldn’t work. I told them I didn’t want my food because it would be cold by the time I could sit down and eat it. That kind of defeats the purpose of a ‘hot’ Indian bar. Anyway.
